Returns and right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel the purchase, without giving a reason.

1. Tell us by email to geral@exemplo.pt or using the withdrawal form.
2. Send the products back within the following 14 days. Return costs are paid by you. [VERIFY]
3. We refund the amount paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days, using the same payment method.

Important: for health and hygiene reasons, sealed food products (olive oil, honey, nuts) can only be returned unopened with the seal intact.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, this procedure does not apply: contact us and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.
